easy accessreally good servicegenuine care
The location allowed easy access to various attractions. the front desk staff offered really good service. They provided directions and recommendations. chef harun and head waitress burcu displayed genuine care.. i loved every moment.

the location was perfect for exploring. i walked to galata tower easily. the rooftop restaurant offered nice views. the friendly staff made it great.
the room size was a bit small for what i expected. the breakfast lacked variety and were the same each day. the towels felt a little old to me.

the hotel location IS great. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff members were always helpful and friendly. they assisted me with directions and also provided useful tips about the local area. breakfast included a good selection of items.
my room was quite small, especially for a so called five star hotel. also, the sound proofing seemed poor. i could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway. this sometimes made it difficult TO sleep. maintenance needed some attention.
